Palmdale Church Christmas
Sundays of Christmas Season
Palmdale Church celebrates Christmas Season with a special Christmas service for each of the weeks of December. Palmdale Christmas services will be held at 10AM at Domenic Massari Park every Sunday of the Christmas Season.
As part of the liturgical church calendar, beginning four Sundays before Christmas, Palmdale Church will hold worship gatherings surrounding the themes of Advent. During these gatherings, we will have special liturgies and light candles on the Advent wreath. Many of us also decorate our cars or house windows with symbols for each week and have other family advent traditions. Be sure to join for each of them!
Advent is a time to practice the disciplines of quietness and stillness as we wait for the Lord. Do your best not to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of the culture. Make simple and easy meals, lessen electronic use, slow down, and spend time with others. Additionally, we have included optional, fun activities to complete with your family each week to create memories and help you slow down and remember what the season is for.
